Cancellation Policy

Please call to cancel appointments with at least 24 hours advance  notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice  will result in a $45 fee. 

Appointments cancelled after the time of the appointment will result in a $55 fee.

Missed appointments that are not cancelled will result in a $75 fee.

When DC Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, there will be no cancellation fee for appointments that are cancelled, but you 
must call to cancel the appointment to avoid the $75 missed appointment fee.
