5304 Sherier Place, NW Washington, DC 20016 (Palisades neighborhood) Ample free street parking as well as weekend and evening appointments. One block from intersection of Macarthur Blvd and Arizona Ave. in Palisades neighborhood.
1321 Wisconsin Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20007 (Georgetown) Offices of Dr. Maria Zimmitti and Associates. Appointments at this location are on Wednesday mornings only. This office is located near the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and N Street in Georgetown.
3 Washington Circle, NW Suite 405 Washington, DC 20036 (Washington Circle/Foggy Bottom) This office is located at Washington Circle, near the GWU Metro stop on the Blue and Orange Lines. Appointments at this location are currently available at 6:00 am only. Fees and Payment New: Elisabeth LaMotte now accepts payment by credit card.
Individual Therapy: Fees for 45 minute individual sessions: $115 ($140 for Georgetown sessions; $135 for weekend and evening sessions and sessions before 9:00 am; $160 for Washington Circle).
Couples/Family Therapy: Fees for 45 minute couples or family sessions: $130 ($160 for Georgetown sessions; $155 for weekend and evening sessions and sessions before 9:00 am; $180 for Washington Circle). Group Therapy: Fees for two-hour group sessions: $60.
Insurance Reimbursement
Elisabeth LaMotte is a licensed independent clinical social worker, and many of her services generally qualify for reimbursement under most insurance plans. She does not directly accept insurance payments. She can, however, provide consultation on how to bill plans for reimbursement directly to the policy-holder. She will also provide an invoice for use with flexible spending plans.
Complimentary Phone Consultation Elisabeth provides a complimentary ten-minute telephone consultation for individuals or couples who are thinking about starting therapy.
